We have stayed true to our philosophy of blend rather than build in all our efforts. The scientific study of the sun path and wind path has helped us design homes which provide you with ample natural light and ventilation.
Bare grass has been woven into living area and an array of trees grow freely around the house. Shady woodlands are created for you to hide in, but with native shady and perennial greens. The exquisitely elaborate spaces outside create an ambiguity around what is inside.

The landscaping has been tastefully outlined with manicured lawns, a fruit garden, rows of green trees and flower beds which complement nature's own contours of land, bringing out a feel of authenticity in sync with Nature. With over 40,000 indigenous native species of trees planted in the area, the project resides in the midst of the biggest plantation of trees in Khandala and Lonavala. We aim to create a self-sustaining ecosystem and increase the green cover in our area, for which we’ve already planted more than 350 different species of fruiting, flowering, medicinal, rare and endangered, forest species of trees. These 40,000 native species of trees will act as a massive carbon sink, thereby increasing the oxygen in the area, reducing CO2 levels and pollutants by 30X and increasing the bird population in the vicinage.

And homes with a comparatively huge veranda and separate dining area are the spaces we typically bond in. We have designed multiple dining spaces for you to relish hearty meals with your loved ones and make precious memories flavoured with love.
Our glorious 5-bedroom homes are crafted meticulously without exposed beams and coloumns, giving you a clear free flowing energy in the house. The internal spaces in these homes open to the landscaped gardens and decks. The beamless and coloumnless living room is planned in a way to integrate the dining, outdoor dining, veranda, swimming pool & garden. It’s elaborate and wide span is designed with flat slabs to avoid any beams which gives the ceiling a unique and fascinating look.
The Master bedroom of the villa is complemented with a deck and personal office area. Every room is infused in grandeur with Wall-to-wall Glass windows facing the expanse of a deck that unfurls views that take your breath away.
Organic Farming

We make our homes into a blossoming haven by offering our residents with a Vegetable & Fruit Garden to grow their own fresh-fruit crops like Mangoes, Papayas, Bananas, Strawberries, Mulberries, Pineapple, Chikoo, Guava, Avocado as well as exotic veggies like Parsley, Cabbage, Tomatoes, Green Chillies, Capsicum, Cucumber, Mint Leaves, Fenugreek, Corn, Cabbage, Coriander and Lemongrass.
We have grown Native Species of crops in our Organic Gardens so that you can enjoy a variety of healthy and chemical-free fruits and vegetables. The lush gardens in the villa are also fitted with sprinklers and drip irrigation systems so that your crops are well-watered even when you’re away.
A Sustainable Lifestyle
Eco-conscious is in our DNA. Ecological Landscaping is a more responsible way of designing gardens. It helps the process of beautification by preserving the biodiversity. It focuses on helping to build ‘liveliness’ on the land.
The design of our Zero Waste Homes is planned in such a way that it combines active solar water heaters, integrates sustainable materials with a rain water harvesting system.
